<p><span style='font-size:12pt'><span style='font-family:Aptos,sans-serif'>Pursuant to Section 1734(6) of Title 6 of the Public Authorities Law, The New York City School Construction Authority (SCA), for reasons of efficiency, compatibility and maintenance reliability, intends to establish a new Qualified Products List (QPL). </span></span></p><p><span style='font-size:12pt'><span style='font-family:Aptos,sans-serif'>As such, the SCA is seeking a response from firms interested in and qualified to provide Medical Equipment. The SCA anticipates awarding multiple contracts with a Not To Exceed (NTE) amount to be determined. The term of the contracts shall be for one (1) year. </span></span></p><p><span style='font-size:12pt'><span style='font-family:Aptos,sans-serif'>Vendors must be able to provide 80% of the listed items and demonstrate to the satisfaction of the SCA that they can provided and can currently offer, the attached listed equipment, as well as be pre-qualified by the SCA at the time of award.
