<p style='text-align:justify'><span style='font-size:10pt'><span style='font-size:12.0pt'>The New York City Department of Education (NYCDOE), on behalf of the School-Based Mental Health Initiatives (SBMHI) Unit, is seeking proposals from organizations experienced in and capable of providing mental health services and supports to students. The objective is to ensure high-quality implementation of, and access to, onsite mental health services as defined by the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) three tiers of service. The goal is to provide support to schools, networks, and the NYCDOE as needed and appropriate, in order to ensure effective implementation and access to the three (3) tiers of service.</span></span></p><p style='text-align:justify'><span style='font-size:10pt'><span style='font-size:12.0pt'>This is a Full Value contract and is intended to cover, during the period of the contract, the needs for Prevention Intervention Program: Mental Health Services for High-Need Schools. Detailed service descriptions and requirements are provided in the Request for Proposal (RFP) solicitation.</span></span></p><p><span style='font-size:10pt'><strong><span style='font-size:12.0pt'>PROPOSALS MUST BE RECEIVED BY NO LATER THAN 1:00 P.M. Proposers should include in their notification e-mail the name of the person who will be delivering the Proposal or advise that the Proposal Package will be arriving by messenger.
