<p style='text-align:justify'><span style='font-size:10pt'><span style='font-size:11.0pt'>The New York City Department of Education (NYCDOE) on behalf of the Office of School Health <span style='color:black'>is seeking proposals from nursing agencies, clinics,</span></span><span style='font-size:11.0pt'><span style='color:black'> hospitals, and/or education institutions to provide long-term and short-term nurses for School Coverage, Individualized Nursing and Last-Minute Per-Diem Nursing.  </span></span></span></p><p style='text-align:justify'><span style='font-size:10pt'><span style='font-size:11.0pt'><span style='color:black'>Detailed service description and requirements are provided in the </span></span><span style='font-size:11.0pt'>Request for Proposal (RFP) <span style='color:black'>solicitation.</span></span></span></p><p style='text-align:justify'><span style='font-size:10pt'><strong><span style='font-size:12.0pt'><span style='color:#000000'>PROPOSALS MUST BE RECEIVED BY NO LATER THAN <u>1:00 P.M. EST, FEBRUARY 5, 2026</u>. LATE PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED</span><span style='color:red'>.</span></span></strong></span></p><p style='text-align:justify'><span style='font-size:10pt'><span style='font-size:11.0pt'>This <span style='color:black'>RFP </span>will result in multiple requirements contract agreements. The awarded contracts will be for a term of three (3) years and two (2) one-year options to extend, with services anticipated to commence on or about September 1, 2026.</span></span></p><p style='text-align:justify'><span style='font-size:10pt'><span style='font-size:11.0pt'>A virtual pre-proposal conference will be held on December 19, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. EST.  The City of New York will be utilizing the Microsoft Teams platform.
