<p>The New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (NYC Health Department or Agency) is seeking an appropriately qualified vendor to perform interior and exterior on-call electrical services on an as-needed basis at all NYC Health Department-owned/operated facilities (Facilities) located in the five boroughs of the City of New York. The purpose of this contract is to ensure that the electrical systems and equipment at the NYC Health Department Facilities are functioning in an energy efficient and safe manner. The contract term is anticipated to be for six (6) years from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2032, with no renewal options. There will be a Pre-Bid Conference at 11:00 a.m., ET, on January 29, 2026, via teleconference. Attendance by bidders is optional but strongly recommended by the NYC Health Department.</p><p>To register for the teleconference, please RSVP for the conference by 2:00 p.m. ET on January 28, 2026, by emailing the name, title, affiliation, and email address of each attendee to Bids@health.nyc.gov. Please state On-Call Electrical Services Attendee in the subject line of the email. Bidders who submit an RSVP will be provided an invitation via email to attend the teleconference. All questions must be submitted in writing to the Authorized Agency Contact person via Discussion with Buyer tab in PASSPort, or preferably by e-mail at Bids@health.nyc.gov. Questions submitted by January 22, 2026, will be addressed at the pre-bid teleconference. Answers to all questions received by the question deadline of February 2, 2026, will be provided in an addendum released through PASSPort.</p><p>Please note that this procurement is released via PASSPort.
