<p>The NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (NYC Health Department or Agency) is seeking an appropriately qualified pharmacy vendor to receive, store, dispense and deliver medication directly to the patients homes or medical provider offices during a public health emergency. The NYC Health Department would expect the contractor to, at the Agencys request, dispense and deliver medication to patients on the same day the prescription is received from an authorized healthcare professional, with no charge to the patient (or recipient). Deliveries would be made to patients located within the five boroughs of New York City.</p><p>RFP documents and additional details will be released on January 30, 2026, and can be found by visiting the PASPort Procurement Navigator at https://nyc.gov/businessopportunities and searching by EPIN: '81626P0014'. For the latest information regarding any changes to the RFP, be sure to read all released addenda.</p><p>This RFP will be issued and remain available through the PASSPort system only to those organizations that have an account and an Approved HHS Accelerator PQL qualification status in PASSPort.
