REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: NOTICE The City of Billings is requesting proposals for LABORATORY INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, for Public Works – Environmental Affairs, Billings, Montana. Proposals shall be received addressed to City of Billings, Cheri Armstrong, , via email at until 5:00 PM (MST) on Friday, September 4, 2026. No proposal may be withdrawn or modified after the due date and time, unless and until the award of the contract is delayed for a period exceeding ninety (90) days. The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals received, to waive irregularities, to postpone the award of the contract for a period of not to exceed ninety (90) days, and to accept that proposal which is in the best interests of the City of Billings, Montana.
