Request for Proposals (RFP) for Waste Management and Recycling Services
This Request for Proposals (RFP) has been prepared by Washington County to seek collection services for mixed solid waste (MSW) and/or recyclables and recyclables processing.The initial term of the resulting contract will be for the period of January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2029. The contract may auto-renew for up to two (2) additional one-year terms with written consent of both parties unless notice of termination is given. Solicitation process will occur approximately every five years.
