Vendors may register and submit proposals electronically at https://procurement.opengov.com/login. No Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held. RFP Questions will be accepted on the OpenGov e-bidding site, until Question Submission Time on Question Submission Date. Questions will be answered in the form of an addendum and posted on the OpenGov e-bidding site. It is the proposer’s responsibility to obtain and acknowledge all addendums.
