Any revisions, changes, addenda, or updates will be posted to the portal. Bids must be electronically submitted to this portal by Response Submission Date 12:00 pm. Late submissions will not be accepted. Bids that are mailed through USPS, faxed, or hand delivered will not be accepted and returned unopened to vendors.Bids will be opened and read on Wednesday, September 9, 2026 1:00 pm in the Parker County Hospital District Boardroom at 1130 Pecan Dr, Weatherford, Texas 76086.The Parker County Hospital District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bid procedure or bids when such actions are deemed in the best interest of the Hospital District.All times referenced are in Central Standard Time (CST).
