Land Pride AFM4216, 42 Series, 16' wide, All-Flex Finish Mower Horse Power: Min 40HP – Max 70HP Overall width: 16-17 feet Hitch type: Pull-type with adjustable clevis Deck size and Quantity: 3 each/72” Cutting height: 3/4" to 5 1/4" (in 1/4” increments) Deck tire: 15 x 6.6 to 18 x 9.5 Main Driveline: Cat. IV Constant velocity with slip clutch All quotes should include shipping costs, FOB destination. Please notate any additional Excise tax that will be assessed. Deliveries will be made to FCC Terre Haute located at 4700 Bureau Road South, Terre Haute, Indiana 47802 (812) 244- 4400. The contract type is a Firm Fixed Price. The Government will award to the responsible offeror whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, are considered to be best value to the Government, with Price, Past Performance and Delivery time considered. The quote will be evaluated per FAR 12.203 and the government may then issue a purchase order (contract) that must be signed by both parties to complete contractual agreement. The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 4.203-1(b) requires all contractors seeking or currently doing business with the government to be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award; information can be obtained at https://www.sam.gov/. All future information about this solicitation, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. Please complete the attached Request for Quote, (RFQ) SF-1449 for submission of offers. The date for receipt of quotes is August 27, 2026, by 11:00 AM EST. Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) through a purchase order. Completed AND signed quotes must be sent electronically to C1livingston@bop.gov.
