Optimizing the Human Weapon System (OHWS)
The contractor shall provide all services, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, except is specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished, to perform on-base and off-base injury prevention and mitigation, rehabilitation exercise services, and human performance optimization services to rated personnel assigned to the 138th Fighter Wing (138FW), Tulsa, OK, as part of the Optimizing the Human Weapons System (OHWS) initiative. The Contractor shall furnish consultation and reports, similar to the range of services found in a commercial facility, as well as services specialized to meet the specific spinal health needs of fighter pilots. Contractor shall adhere to professional standards of the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC), and as defined in this PWS.
