This amendment incorporates the Government s responses to questions submitted by potential offerors. These questions and corresponding answers are provided for clarification purposes only and do not revise or otherwise change the requirements unless explicitly stated within this amendment. Q1: The PWS requires a commercial grade, side mounted hoist operator. Please clarify whether the Government would accept an alternative model that performs the same function in lieu of the side mounted hoist operator specified in the PWS, and whether the manual hoist feature is a mandatory requirement. A1: A manual hoist is not necessary provided that a disconnect bracket or lever is available to restore or enable manual disengagement of the operator in the event of a power failure or emergency. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. The RFQ response date remains unchanged.
