The NAICS code for this requirement is 311812. The contract type will be Firm-Fixed Price. The evaluation factors are Price and Past Performance. Price will be rated higher than Past Performance. The Government will award all items to responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government. Failure to deliver within the established time frames will be considered as Non-Conformance under the contract terms and subject to termination.
