Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number SPE2D126Q0004 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for Annual software licenses, updates and hardware coverage for Nuance Communications (Nuance) PowerScribe radiology voice dictation system for twenty-six (26) Army Medical Treatment Facilities (MTFs). This contract will include a period of performance for one year. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.
