Amendment 01:This amendment is issued to revise the solicitation to establish a deadline for submission of questions. Additionally, the solicitation is amended to remove the requirement for quotations to be submitted through PIEE Solicitation Module; offerors shall instead submit their quotations directly to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer via email at the address identified in the solicitation. Changes to the solicitation document are highlighted. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA301626Q0122 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), for Medical Linen and Laundry Services. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.
