The Agency is seeking an appropriately qualified vendor to provide Independent Monitoring of Lead Paint Removal Operations and Environmental Remediation Projects at Various Bridge Locations, Citywide. as described in the RFP. The selected prime consultant should have at least 51% of the total contract hours to be considered a Prime Consultant.This RFP is released through PASSPort, New York Citys online procurement portal, as an RFx.
