The Work to be performed under this Contract (Agreement or Contract) includes furnishing all labor, materials, travel time, equipment and all other Work incidental thereto necessary or required to provide the complete floodlight and sports lighting maintenance and repair, Citywide, for the City of New York Parks & Recreation. This Request for Bids is released through PASSPort, New York Citys online procurement portal. Responses to this CSB must be submitted via PASSPort.
