<p>Located at Bellevue Hospital Center: 462 1st Ave, New York, NY 10016.</p><p>All Bids shall be in accordance with the terms of the NYC Health and Hospitals (HHC) Project Labor Agreement.</p><p>NYC Health + Hospitals is requiring all vendors and contractors to maintain proof of COVID-19 vaccination for all of their employees who spend time at a NYC Health + Hospitals facility. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is completion of the vaccination series as outlined by the manufacturer.</p><p><strong><u>Only bidders who attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting will be allowed to bid.</u> The mandatory pre-bid meetings are scheduled for Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at 9:30AM and Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at 9:30AM, Bellevue A Building, 9th Floor Conference Room. Please enter through the 1st Ave entrance, proceed through the concrete archway and take the first set of elevators on the right-hand side to the 9th Floor.</strong></p><p>We encourage sub-contractors to attend the pre-bid meetings in order to obtain access to the potential bidder's list. </p><p>You are encouraged to arrive at least thirty (30) minutes before mandatory meeting start time, and a grace period of no more than fifteen (15) minutes will be granted to late arrivals. Social distancing protocols must be observed, and kindly limit your staff to one person at the meetings.</p><p>Technical questions must be submitted in writing by email no later than Wednesday, 11/26/2025 by COB to shapirog1@nychhc.org.</p><p>Under Article 15A of The State of New York, the following M/WBE goals apply to this contract: <strong>M/WBE 30%</strong>. These goals apply to any bid submitted of $500,000 or more. Bidders not complying with these terms will have their bids declared non-responsive. Required Trade Licenses where applicable.</p>
