Duct Removal and TSI Abatement Services

LaGuardia Community College of the City University of New York (CUNY) seeks a qualified contractor to provide asbestos abatement and duct removal services at the Colleges Shenker Hall, M-Building Lobby, 31-10 Thomson Avenue. Long Island City, NY 11101. The contractor shall provide on a lump sum, turnkey basis, all labor and equipment to provide asbestos abatement and duct removal services as set forth in greater detail outlined in the Invitation for Bid (IFB).A mandatory site visit is scheduled for Friday, December 12, 2025 at 2 PM. You must respond that you will be attending the site visit, no later than Thursday, December 13, 2025, by 3:00 P.M. In your site visit confirmation e-mail, please include the names of all who will be attending from your organization.
