<p>Located at Bellevue Hospital Center: 462 1st Ave, New York, NY 10016.</p><p>All Bids shall be in accordance with the terms of the NYC Health and Hospitals (HHC) Project Labor Agreement. NYC Health + Hospitals is requiring all vendors and contractors to maintain proof of COVID-19 vaccination for all of their employees who spend time at a NYC Health + Hospitals facility. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is completion of the vaccination series as outlined by the manufacturer.</p><p>Only bidders who attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting will be allowed to bid. </p><p>The mandatory pre-bid meetings are scheduled for:</p><p><strong>1. Tuesday, January 13, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. and; </strong></p><p><strong>2. Wednesday, January 14, 2026 at 10:00 A.M</strong>.</p><p>Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting Location: Bellevue A Building, 9th Floor Conference Room. Please enter through the 1st Ave entrance, proceed through the concrete archway and take the first set of elevators on the right-hand side to the 9th Floor.</p><p>We encourage sub-contractors to attend the pre-bid meetings in order to obtain access to the potential bidder's list. You are encouraged to arrive at least thirty (30) minutes before mandatory meeting start time, and a grace period of no more than fifteen (15) minutes will be granted to late arrivals.</p><p>Social distancing protocols must be observed, and kindly limit your staff to one person at the meetings.</p><p><strong>Technical questions must be submitted in writing by email no later than Wednesday, January 21, 2026, by COB to shapirog1@nychhc.org</strong>. Under Article 15A of The State of New York, the following M/WBE goals apply to this contract: <strong>M/WBE 30%</strong>. These goals apply to any bid submitted of $500,000 or more. Bidders not complying with these terms will have their bids declared non-responsive. Required Trade Licenses where applicable</p>
