Requirements Contract for Preventative Maintenance on Boilers at Various Developments within the Borough of the Bronx. (This is a Re-Bid of 517971,1). Scope of work: Vendor will clean and service boilers for successful operation in the coming winters. Working with the Heating Management Services Department, this vendor should be equipped to deploy multiple teams daily to proficiently service the boilers. Contract Term: 3 years from the award date on NYCHAs Purchase Order. NYCHA, in its sole discretion, shall have the option to extend the Term of this Contract for up to 2 one-year extensions.
