Governors Island Corporation d/b/a The Trust for Governors Island invites data network service providers to submit proposals to provide and manage wireless internet services and equipment, network, distribution, and network access throughout Governors Island, within the Trusts ferry vessels, and at the Battery Maritime Building (BMB) in Manhattan, which serves as the Governors Island ferry terminal.
