Brooklyn Bridge Park, an eighty-five (85) acre civic waterfront space in Brooklyn, NY, is designed to be both environmentally and financially sustainable. To further diversify its financial resources, Brooklyn Bridge Park seeks to procure investment advisory services. The selected firm will be required to perform services for: Portfolio and asset management; Policy governance and advisory services; Performance monitoring and reporting; Risk management and compliance; Communication and ongoing support. Proposers must be an investment advisor or banking institution registered under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 or registered with the U. S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) or the New York State Department of Financial Services (NYDFS). Proposers must also demonstrate compliance with NYPMIFA, NPCL, and all applicable New York State and New York City fiduciary and financial regulations.
