RFP Civil Service Examination

The Department of Citywide Administrative Services is seeking qualified vendors to provide the basis for examination development or a change in title classification action, as well as develop and score the examinations. HC/Exams is seeking consultants to administer civil service exams and develop study guides for various titles. This solicitation is being made pursuant to the Competitive Sealed Proposal Method, Section 3-03 of the New York City Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rules.
