HRC Ledger

For the self-employed household

Your income is lumpy.
Your rent isn't.

HRC Ledger watches the money you already have coming in and going out, then tells you what you should spend this week, what to hold back for taxes, and what you can safely pay yourself. It arrives on a Sunday. You don't have to open anything.

Read-only connection. We never move your money.

Ask it anything

Every number it says is one it computed — never one it made up.

Text it a question and it answers from your actual accounts. The arithmetic is done by deterministic software; the language model only puts it into a sentence. If a figure can't be traced back to a real calculation, it doesn't get said.

Can I take $3,000 out of the business this month?
You can draw $2,150 and stay whole. Above that you'd dip into the $4,780 you've set aside for the Q3 estimate, due Sep 15. Based on 6 invoices paid in the last 90 days and your usual monthly outflow.
Just move the tax money over for now.
I can't move money — I only ever advise, and I hold no access to do it. If you decide to move it yourself, tell me and I'll re-plan around the smaller reserve.
Ask about your money…

It knows what's already committed

Rent, the card minimum, the insurance that renews in March. It reads them out of your transaction history instead of asking you to type them in.

It reserves tax off the top

Every deposit gets split before you see a spendable number, so the quarterly estimate isn't a surprise in September. Estimates are illustrative — it isn't a tax service.

It sees the business and the household

Two books, kept separate, so business income never quietly inflates what the family thinks it can spend — and commingling gets flagged rather than absorbed.

It comes to you

A plan on Sunday, a heads-up when a shortfall is still weeks away. No streaks, no badges, no nudges to come back and look at a chart.

What we will and won't do

Advisory only. That's a guarantee, not a limitation.

Never moves money

No payments, transfers, or trades — ever. We hold no payment credentials and need none. Every recommendation is yours to act on, or not.

Read-only connections

Your banking password never reaches us. We ask only for transactions and balances — not the access that would let anyone move a dollar.

Not sold, not advertised against

We make money from subscriptions. Your financial data isn't sold or rented, and no model provider is permitted to train on it.
