Construction of The New WFPS Amalgamated Station 9 - 1083 Autumnwood Drive

D3. SCOPE OF WORKD3.1 The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of the construction of the Winnipeg Fire and Paramedic Services Amalgamated Station 9 at 1083 Autumnwood Drive, Winnipeg, Manitoba.D3.2 The major components of the Work are as follows:(a) Foundations;(b) Superstructure;(c) Building Envelope;(d) Interior Partitions and Finishes;(e) Mechanical Systems;(f) Electrical Systems;(g) Security Systems;(h) Site work including grading, draining, utilities, services, and hard and soft landscaping and;(i) Demolition of existing library at 955 Cottonwood Rd. and existing fire station at 1083 Autumnwood Dr.(j) Demolition of an existing 400A service to existing lift pump generator building on the property.
